I managed to find a few things to snap at but because it was heading for the evening a lot of insects were heading home but still got a few shots…

Honey Bee

As you can see from this shot I caught a bee searching for honey on a Buddlia.  You can see that he has been successful in collecting pollen that day with it all on his legs.

I also found a spider waiting patiently on its web in the greenhouse, not sure how long it had been there but I think I would have been bored!

I wonder if the spider is still waiting?  I managed to find a Hoverfly resting on a leaf taking in all the sun…

And for the last image I managed to get a photo of a flower just sitting there ready to be taken.  I thought I would duplicate the layer and create a gaussian blur then blend them together with overlay create this effect.
